Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Khvoynitskaya Zhanna Anatolyevna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 25,725 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 736 days.
She sentenced Alla Nikolaevna Pavlyut under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order) for participating in protests in 2020. Khvoynitskaya found Alla guilty and sentenced her to three years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.
She sentenced Natalya Korneeva under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them) for participation in protests and sentenced her to three years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility.
