Julia Victorovna Krepskaya
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 100 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 731 days of administrative arrest, at least 26,550 rubles in fines, and at least 46 years of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed.
Included in the register of persons involved in politically motivated persecution. And also on the list of persons recommended for the introduction of individual sanctions for condemning human rights activist Valery Shchukin, who signed for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya (fine); and also for condemning activist Milana Sopova for participating in a peaceful protest under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (fine). She handed down sentences in a criminal case for the inscription “We will not forget”:
— Igor Samusenko received 1.5 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to a closed correctional facility (“chemistry with direction”)
— Denis Grakhanov — 1.5 years of restriction of freedom with a referral to a closed correctional institution (“chemistry with a referral”)
— Vladislav Gulis — 2 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions.

Vitaly was found guilty in November 2021 of a criminal case brought under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them," for participating in a post-election protest that took place from August 9 to 10, 2020, in Minsk.

Evgeny was arrested on December 8, 2021, and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. The arrest was precipitated by the discovery of a wallet with a Pogonya logo during a search. Evgeny was not released after serving his administrative arrest, as a criminal case had been opened against him for "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation therein."
In March 2022, Yevhen was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk on October 25, 2020. Photos from the protest were found on his mobile phone, showing him with a white-red-white flag draped over his shoulders.

In October 2024, a court hearing in absentia was held as part of a special proceeding on the issue of replacing a restriction of freedom with a referral to an open-type correctional facility with imprisonment.
Denis was arrested on August 5, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them," and was placed in a temporary detention facility for three days. He was subsequently released on personal recognizance.
In October 2021, Denis was convicted of posting the following message in the "Minsk 97%" Telegram chat on September 8, 2020: "Urgent, drivers on Masherov Street! Block traffic, prevent security forces from gathering, help the protesters!"
Svetlana was first convicted in October 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment left under a photograph of nine riot police officers posted on the "Punishermen of Belarus" Telegram channel. She was sentenced to restricted freedom without a referral and ordered to pay substantial compensation.
In December 2021, she was detained along with her daughter in a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them." In March 2022, she was convicted again and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral.

The political prisoner was detained again on February 15, 2022, in the "extremist chat" case, and in July 2022, he was convicted of insulting a government official on social media. The court sentenced him to one year and seven months in prison, taking into account the unserved term.
On June 10, 2023, he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
