Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Dvoryachenko Sergei Vladimirovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He issued guilty verdicts on politically motivated articles. He sentenced Ilya Silenkov under Article 368 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 1 year and 6 months of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility. Silenkov was found guilty of posting and scattering at least 17 leaflets on August 13, 2020, with an image of Lukashenko and an inscription about him that "humiliated his honor and dignity."
