Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Denisovich Mikhail Vasilyevich supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 490 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 10 days. On December 9, 2022, Chernooky Vitaly was found guilty under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest for distributing “extremist” materials. On August 15, 2018, Yevgeny Skrabets was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced him to a fine of 20 basic units for cooperation with the Belarusian radio “Ratsya”.
