Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 11 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 86 days of administrative arrest and at least 796 rubles in fines were imposed. She sentenced Sergei Bature to 2 years and 6 months under Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for posting leaflets insulting Lukashenko. The trial took place behind closed doors. Judge in the second case of political prisoner Artyom Anishchuk, who was previously tortured in Mogilev IK-15. He was due to be released on June 29, 2022, after serving his sentence in the first case. But instead, he was transferred to a pre-trial detention center, charged under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the charge was dated on the date when the old version of the article was relevant, which did not provide for a preventive measure in the form of detention. Judge Nikiforova did not take into account gross violations of the criminal procedural code, which indicates that justice in her person takes into account only the interests of the Lukashenko regime.
