Investigated a case involving a banner with white-red-white symbols on Velikiy Gostinets Street in the city of Molodechno, as a result of which the participants of the action received penalties in the form of fines and administrative arrest. He handed over printed testimony from his own words to the witnesses for signature, which they later stated in court. He put pressure on the witnesses to agree to do this, arguing that it would be better for everyone. He commented on the actions of the police department officers towards the detainee, who was stripped down to his underwear and photographed: “Apparently, there are those at the police department who like boys.”
