She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 4076.5 rubles and administrative arrest for a period of at least 6 days. A verdict was handed down to Belozersk resident Kristina Chaichits, who left comments on the Internet after the death of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk in the Minsk apartment. Thus, according to investigators, she insulted a government official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code). Nemkova sentenced Kristina to restriction of freedom without sending her to an open institution for a period of two years and a fine of 50 basic units. Convicted Vadim Pashkevich, a resident of the city of Bereza, for an unauthorized mass event and sentenced him to a fine of 10 basic units. A photo with a white-red-white flag in the forest without people became a public event. The picture was later posted on the Internet.

Kristina was convicted in a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.
According to the indictment, on September 29, 2021, after learning of the deaths of Andrei Zeltser and KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk, Kristina left a comment in a Telegram chat: "My home is no longer my castle" and "There's nowhere to hide from these monsters." Investigators deemed these statements an insult to a government official, which was confirmed by a linguistic examination in court.
Tatyana was convicted for a comment left on August 14, 2020, on the social network Odnoklassniki under a photo of police officer Yuri Chernyshkov. According to the prosecution, she publicly insulted a government official in order to undermine the authority of state bodies. The examination considered her words a negative assessment. The court sentenced Tatyana to restricted freedom.
