She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 4076.5 rubles and administrative arrest for a period of at least 6 days. A verdict was handed down to Belozersk resident Kristina Chaichits, who left comments on the Internet after the death of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk in the Minsk apartment. Thus, according to investigators, she insulted a government official (Article 369 of the Criminal Code). Nemkova sentenced Kristina to restriction of freedom without sending her to an open institution for a period of two years and a fine of 50 basic units. Convicted Vadim Pashkevich, a resident of the city of Bereza, for an unauthorized mass event and sentenced him to a fine of 10 basic units.
