Teodorovich Leonid Nikolaevich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, within the framework of which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Teodorovich refused to initiate criminal cases against employees of the security forces guilty of using violence and murdering civilians, damaging other people's property.
