Participation in the All-Belarusian People's Assembly 2024 as a representative of the Belarusian Public Association of Veterans is an illegal activity aimed at strengthening the power of Alexander Lukashenko and legitimizing decisions that violate democratic norms. Participation in the activities of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is a crime against the constitutional order and the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus. Fedortsov Alexander Adamovich - the judge who conducted the trial and sentenced Dmitry Konovalov and Vladislav Kovalev to death after the terrorist attack at the Oktyabrskaya metro station in Minsk on April 8, 2011. During the trial, he did not allow the defense to present evidence proving the fabrication of the case and the innocence of Kovalev and Konovalov. Two months later, Fedortsov was awarded the title of "Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus". Dmitry Konovalov and Vladislav Kovalev were executed by firing squad on March 15, 2012.
