Rusak Artem handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 1,485 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 13 days. Convicted Viktor Yanushkevich under Part 1 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for participating in a protest and sentenced him to a fine of 25 basic units. Since 2021, he has been conducting legal proceedings to liquidate organizations and funds.
