Levon, a volunteer for Viktor Babariko's headquarters, was detained on August 11, 2020, near his home on charges of participating in a protest against the results of the presidential election held on August 9, 2020, in Minsk. He was later convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order."
He was released in May 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
