He was arrested on November 2, 2023, under an administrative offense and sentenced to 15 days in prison for political reasons. He was subsequently re-arrested for an additional three days as a suspect in a criminal case under Article 361-1, Parts 1-3, "for intentional actions directly aimed at joining the extremist group 'Mobilization Plan Peramoga.'" She indicated a partial admission of guilt, but did not actually admit guilt and did not recant her testimony. The woman reported that she took part in the protests as a third-party observer, not as a participant.
