Svetlana Alexandrovna Pasemko
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Svetlana Aleksandrovna Pasemko supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repression.
Acted as a state prosecutor in the case against Vyacheslav Ulasevich. He was found guilty of desecrating the flag and sentenced to 1 year of restricted freedom with referral to a correctional facility. In April 2021, Vyacheslav removed the flag from the building and threw it on the ground. The flagpole broke into three parts, the cloth was damaged. The damage was estimated at 2 rubles 44 kopecks.

1 year of restricted freedom with referral to a correctional facility for Valery Nemkevich for tearing down a flag, which he immediately put on a bench;
2.5 years of restricted freedom without referral to Oleg Mikhaltsevich for 2 comments about traffic police officer Lisitsa, which were regarded as slander and insult;
2 years of restricted freedom without direction to Anastasia Yanushchik for a comment about one of the deputy heads of Pre-trial Detention Center No. 6.

According to investigators, on September 26, 2020, he made Molotov cocktails and moved them to a parking lot near one of the military units, where he used them.

The 65-year-old director of an auto parts store, Viktor Makarenko, was charged under Article 190 of the Criminal Code ("violation of the equality of citizens") for refusing to sell goods to Russian military personnel and calling them occupiers.
On October 28, 2022, one of the pro-government Telegram channels published a post reporting the detention of the director of an auto parts store in Baranovichi. According to their information, the man told his subordinate: "Don't sell them anything, they are occupiers." The occupiers were Russian military personnel.
The director of an auto parts store was detained. A pro-government Telegram channel claimed that after the detention, evidence was found of the man's participation in the 2020 protests, as well as facts of money transfers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine made after February 24.
The man was indeed detained as part of a criminal case under Article 190 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for three days, and was also arrested for 15 days under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).
The man remained free until the trial.
The Baranovichi District and Baranovichi City Court issued a verdict on February 16, 2023. Prosecutor Svetlana Pasemko requested a fine of 300 basic units (11,100 rubles) for Makarenko. Judge Artem Podolyanets sentenced the man to this punishment.
Even before the trial, the Baranovichi prosecutor filed a lawsuit in the economic court to terminate the activities of individual entrepreneur Makarenko. On December 19, 2022, the economic court stopped his activities. Viktor Makarenko worked as an individual entrepreneur since 1993, now the man is retired.

He was arrested for participating in protests in Baranovichi in 2020. A video of the detainees was published by a Telegram channel affiliated with the security forces in July 2024. There, Alexey Pashkevich recounted that on August 9, 2020, he was in the city center, "when people started running en masse toward the police—my godfather and I went out onto the road to take photos, film, and document it all."
The court sentenced Alexei to three years of house arrest. However, in the spring of 2026, he faced a prison sentence (served in a penal colony) for three violations of the house arrest regime.
Oleg was found guilty in November 2021 of slander and insulting a government official for liking and commenting on a photo post on the social media site Odnoklassniki by Alexander Lisitsa, the commander of the Baranovichi City Executive Committee's traffic police platoon.
Valery was found guilty in August 2021 of desecrating state symbols for tearing a national flag and its bracket off the wall of a housing maintenance facility. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment in an open-type facility.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2022, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
