Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Veronika Valeryevna Zubik supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. Acted as a state prosecutor in courts on politically motivated cases. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Sergei Sakun, accused of going out onto the roadway as part of the march to Kurapaty. Zubik requested 3 years of restriction of freedom for him with referral to a correctional facility, which is exactly the sentence handed down by the judge. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Maria Nesterova, convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code for correspondence in Telegram chats. Maria was sentenced to three years of imprisonment to be served in a penal colony under general regime conditions.

List of repressed
Andrei was first convicted in March 2021 for "insulting Lukashenko" and "insulting a government official" and sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral. However, he didn't have time to serve his sentence in a correctional facility: on May 4, 2021, he was arrested on three additional criminal charges.
In August of that year, Andrei was convicted again – again for insulting Lukashenko – and sentenced to imprisonment.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Elena was convicted in December 2020 for writing “I AM WITH US” on the Minskkommunteploset building and for “using violence against a police officer” during her arrest.
According to the prosecution, she sprayed paint from a can towards the employee’s head, torso and limbs, and also restricted his movement by holding him by his clothes.
Sergei was convicted in a criminal case opened on the events of November 1, 2020, when a protest took place - a march to Kurapaty in Minsk.
He was released in November 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Alexander was convicted of slandering election officials during the 2019 House of Representatives elections following a video he posted on his YouTube channel, Observer Diaries, in May 2020. He pleaded not guilty, claiming the elections were rigged.
He was released in May 2023 under an amnesty, two weeks before the end of his sentence imposed by the court.

Maria, a former customs officer and independent election observer, was detained by GUBOPiK officers near her apartment on October 23, 2020. She was convicted of "participating in actions that violate public order" based on correspondence in Telegram channels.
On May 27, 2023, she was released after serving the full sentence imposed by the court.
