Fyodor Yevgenyevich Blizner is an employee of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus involved in politically motivated criminal cases against citizens who took part in peaceful protests after the 2020 presidential election in Belarus. In his position, he directed the process of opening and conducting cases against participants in the protest movement, journalists and activists, and took part in fabricating charges aimed at suppressing civil society.
