An accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Belarus. As a senior investigator of the Minsk City Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Yuliya Anatolyevna Sergeenko is involved in fabricating criminal cases and persecuting citizens for political reasons after the events of August 2020. Investigative Committee officers, including Sergeenko, took part in initiating and pursuing cases against participants in peaceful protests, journalists and activists, which helped strengthen the repressive apparatus of Alexander Lukashenka’s regime.
