According to the charges, on the morning of May 4 , Bondarenko spoke in an indecent manner about Lukashenko in the presence of other citizens near the Transit store . According to the prosecution, the Ukrainian's motive was "support for the ideas of social intolerance towards representatives of the authorities of the Republic of Belarus and an open display of hostility towards them." One of those present contacted the police and even provided a photograph of the car in which Yuri Bondarenko and his friend left. The next day, the Ukrainian was detained on charges of insulting Lukashenko .

After his arrest, he was immediately placed in custody in Pre-trial Detention Facility No. 4 in Mogilev.

At the trial, Bondarenko admitted his guilt.

It is not known when the man was detained, but the last time he was online on his VKontakte page was on December 29, 2022, although he had previously visited there regularly.

It is known that in 2015 the man lived in Poland. And in 2019 and 2021 he wrote that he lived in Germany, was engaged in artificial intelligence and worked for the German company EDEKA GmbH/WITRON. His main messengers were linked to a German number, and his mailbox was on a German domain, that is, he lived in Germany permanently.

According to CyberPartizan, Novogrodsky has not officially worked in Belarus since 2011 and has three children from different women.

As Nasha Niva writes, Alexey is interested in philosophy and participated in thematic conferences - for example, in April 2021, he gave a report "Consciousness and Artificial Intelligence" at the scientific conference "Philosophy and Challenges of Modernity", which was organized by the Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The press service said in a statement that the man convicted in March-April 2022 posted messages in an "extremist" chat aimed at "exacerbating tensions in society and destabilizing the situation in the Republic of Belarus." He was detained in Babruisk. He was then sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after that. Instead, he was sent to the Okrestina detention center in Minsk. In early September, he was transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

Sergei is charged in a criminal case.

Sergei is the cousin of the deputy commander of the Kalinovsky regiment, Vadim Kabanchuk.

On July 4, another closed trial of Sergei Franchuk took place. This time, he was accused of insulting Alexander Lukashenko. Franchuk's initial sentence of three years in prison was extended by six months.

On September 28, 2023, an appeal hearing was held following the second court's verdict. The verdict entered into force.

Arrested in March 2021 for posting stickers in the city . According to the prosecution, from October 1 to March 22, he was engaged in activities aimed at "systematic damage to property." Using aerosol paint, he applied the inscriptions on the property of UE Vitebskvodokanal: "Long live Belarus!", "3%", "Red partisan", "Go away", etc. Sergei faces up to 15 years in prison. Sergei left two minor children in the wild.

The moderator of the social media site "Country for Life" disappeared on the evening of June 4, 2020. Only a few days later it became known that he had been sentenced to 15 days of arrest and transferred to a temporary detention facility in Minsk. He was charged with "organizing mass riots."

In the fall of 2022, Dmitry was transferred to prison regime.

According to human rights activists, the defendants in the "case" are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.
