Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Podlipsky Dmitry Viktorovich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. He acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Ignat Sidorchik, accused of creating the Telegram chat "Progulka". In it, Ignat invited his friends to meet on August 9 and told them, among other things, how to use a proxy server and applications in case of blocking the Internet. He was also accused of blocking traffic on the evening after the elections near the Belarus cinema in Minsk. Ignat was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
