This response is a formal formality. The judge did not study the materials of the case on recognizing Yuri Zakharenko as dead, since it was not requested from the Oktyabrsky District Court of Minsk. In addition, at that time, the criminal case was suspended. Thus, Ardyako contributed to the concealment of the crimes of government officials and their impunity.
