Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Leninsky District Administration of Brest. Head of the Public Safety Police. He led the dispersal of demonstrations and coordinated the actions of all units from August 9-12, 2020. People were beaten in the car garages on his department's premises at his command. He acted as a dummy victim in the "Avtukhovich case," verbally filing a claim for moral damages in the amount of six thousand rubles from each defendant. There are 12 defendants in this case. Therefore, Samosyuk is demanding 72,000 rubles from them! Samosyuk was known for his approach to service and his willingness to defend the government at the expense of the people of Belarus back in 2018 during the protests against the battery plant.
