Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Mokhorev Yuri Nikolaevich is an employee of state bodies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Sergei Tereshchenko, convicted in a criminal case under Article 130 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to three years in prison.
