Lyudmila Bronislavovna Gormash is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Gormash is responsible for the fact that, as a judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court, she handed down politically motivated sentences against representatives of civil society of the Republic of Belarus.
In particular, in the period from 2017 to 2018, political activists in the Gormash district were awarded fines totaling no less than 2,275 rubles as punishment.
