On February 8, 2021, Taras Ekaterina sentenced Zhanna Bobrovskaya to 10 days under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code for a photo from a tour of Novogrudok, which appeared on the TUT.BY telegram channel with the caption “Residents expressed their solidarity with the convicted citizen and residents of all Belarus in the form of stars with in numbers 23.34.” It is noteworthy that Zhanna is not in this photo, and the excursion was not recognized as a picket.
According to Zhanna: “Judge Taras displayed a photo from our excursion from social networks and asked: “Show yourself in this photo.” And I'm not in the photo! Not at all! She was surprised. I asked again, got confused and eventually called a break. But a few minutes later she returned and read out the resolution.”
