Chief of the Molodechno District Department of Internal Affairs. Police Lieutenant Colonel. He is directly involved in violent acts against citizens. Specifically, on August 10, 2020, he led a group of his subordinates in the arrest of Mikhail Barovsky, resulting in the latter suffering serious injuries, including a head wound. Despite numerous complaints from victims filed with the Molodechno Investigative Committee, no action was taken against him. Furthermore, he continued to influence court decisions, even appearing in court as a victim. Such actions, which violate both Belarusian national laws and international human rights standards, undermine public trust in law enforcement agencies and the government as a whole, worsening the social climate in the country. It is important to take measures to stop such activity and punish those responsible.
