She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 810 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 56 days. Tsap Irina was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced her to a fine of 30 basic units for participating in a protest.
