Catherine Nikolaevna Pacalo
An accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Pakalo Ekaterina Nikolaevna is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She acted as a state prosecutor in court on politically motivated cases. She requested two years of imprisonment in a general regime colony for political prisoner Darya Losik for an interview with Belsat under Article 361, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. During the debate, she stated that in her answers to Belsat's questions, Losik "deliberately presented false information about the situation in the Republic of Belarus, about the circumstances of her husband's detention and conviction." Darya received a punishment of 2 years of imprisonment to be served in a general regime colony.

On pro-government channels, Denis is called the "chief visual editor" of the Supraci movement videos. In the video, Salmanovich says that he was detained by police officers because he "was a member of destructive Telegram channels", "collaborated with "Busly Lyatsyats"" and participated in protests in 2020.
The Court of Appeal reduced the sentence from 10 to 9.5 years' imprisonment.
Denis has a serious illness - chronic glomerulonephritis after hemorrhagic vasculitis. In the summer of 2024, an ambulance took the man from the colony. Salmanovich underwent surgery - his gallbladder was removed. After the operation, the man spent another week in the colony's medical unit until his stitches were removed.
The mother of the political prisoner says that the last time Denis contacted her was in mid-November 2024. After the call, the man was immediately taken to a punishment cell, where he remains to this day (January 2024).
In April 2025, his punishment was increased and he was transferred to prison.

Viktor was arrested in the fall of 2021 as part of a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.
In April 2022, he was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord," "insulting a government official," and "insulting Lukashenko," and sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
He was released in June 2024, having fully served his sentence.
According to unconfirmed information, in October 2025, a new criminal case was opened against Viktor.
