Involved in making politically motivated court decisions, at least 2 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 3 years of restriction of freedom were imposed. On October 13, 2021, he handed down a sentence to a resident of Gomel, 65-year-old pensioner Sergei Moshnitsky, an oncology patient. He was found guilty under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for insulting an official and sentenced him to 1.5 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to open correctional institutions for “home chemicals”, and also ordered him to pay 1000 rubles and 87 rubles in government expenses in favor of the victim. And at the same time he decided to confiscate the laptop from the accused.
