On January 28, 2021, it refused to satisfy the complaint of political prisoner Stanislav Pavlinkovich. On October 29, 2020, Stanislav Pavlinkovich was sentenced by the court of the Mogilev region under Article 391 of the Criminal Code to punishment in the form of restriction of freedom and sent to an open correctional institution for a period of 3 years. In accordance with Art. 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 18, 2020 No. 17-Z “On amnesty in connection with the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945,” Pavlinkovich is subject to partial release from punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year.
