Participant in the violent suppression of peaceful protests. Participant in and leader of torture operations at his district police department in August 2020. Participated in the operation to disperse peaceful citizens at Komarovka. On August 9, 2020, at the Minsk temporary detention center on Akrestsina Street, he committed violence against detainees, insulted and beat people, and instructed riot police to "kill" the most talkative and dissenting individuals. He gave false testimony against protesters and also acted as a victim. Also noted as a participant in hearings of the Sovietsky District Court of Minsk under Article 23.34 (as a false witness). Participated in the arrest of a teenager on September 2, 2020, near the Riga shopping center in Minsk.
