Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Bachishche Elena Valerievna supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She found Artem Zubryakov guilty under Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code and under Part 3 of Article 203-1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. The man noted that he was detained for subscribing to “banned” telegram channels and sending “extremist” materials. She found Oleg Dobrydnev, Kirill Balakhonov, Vladislav Efimovich and Alexander Rukoit guilty under Article 361 of the Criminal Code and sentenced them to three years in prison each for administering four tik-tok accounts and two telegram channels recognized as “extremist”.
