Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Tolstik-Samoilo Elena Aleksandrovna supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 9,240 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 51 days. She imposed a fine on priest Andrei Nozdrin in the amount of 15 basic units for following the Grodno journalist Ruslan Kulevich, whose social networks were recognized as extremist materials in January 2023.
