Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kirill Petrovich Vyshnyakov is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Central District of the city of Gomel and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020.
