In judicial practice, Kuchuk considers not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. As a result of her decisions, many Belarusians who opposed the repressive regime in force in the country were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment. In particular, on February 5, 2021, Dina Kuchuk sentenced political prisoner Pavel Spirin to four years and six months of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony. On May 25, 2023, Kuchuk sentenced political prisoner Svetlana Bychkovskaya to five years and six months in a general regime colony.
