Oleg was found guilty of "insulting a government official" for comments he left on the social network VKontakte. Nine government officials were recognized as victims in his criminal case.
In November 2021, a court hearing was held to consider toughening the sentence, following which Oleg was transferred from an open-type correctional facility to a penal colony.
He was released in October 2022, having fully served his sentence.
Ruslan was arrested in October 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "assisting an extremist group," and convicted in January 2022 for a comment that, according to the prosecution, "incited other citizens to violent unlawful actions, including the use of weapons."
In August 2022, Ruslan faced another court hearing on charges of "desecration of state symbols" and "insulting a government official." He was sentenced to a combined three-and-a-half years in a general regime penal colony.
He was released in December 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Oksana, a music teacher at a school in Lida, was arrested in September 2021 as part of a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.
In June 2022, she was found guilty of inciting hatred or discord and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
She was released in July 2022, having fully served her sentence.
Artur was arrested in a criminal case opened under the articles "desecration of state symbols" and "hooliganism" and found guilty in October 2021. He was accused of hanging a white-red-white flag at a school in Ostrovets one night in June 2021, painting three white-red-white stripes on a stone, and tearing down a red-green flag from a government building in the district center.

Vladimir, a former advisor to Viktor Babariko and a member of the bank's board from 2006 to 2020, was arrested in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "money laundering on an especially large scale" and "tax evasion on an especially large scale."

Igor was detained while attempting to leave Belarus as part of a criminal case opened under the article "Desecration of state symbols." He was accused of placing a white-red-white flag on a flagpole at the Mound of Glory in July 2021, above the red-and-green one.
He was released in May 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Kirill was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." In November of that year, he was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk in September 2020.
He was released in February 2024, having fully served his sentence.
