Sergei was arrested in May 2021 on charges of "active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" for his participation in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020 against the election results and violence in the country by security forces. In September 2021, he was sentenced to restricted freedom with direction and released from custody in the courtroom before the verdict came into force.
In December 2024, as part of the special proceedings in Sergei's case, an in absentia court hearing was held on the issue of "replacing the restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility with imprisonment."
Rostislav, a former Gorodeya football player, was detained three times — from August 2020 to spring 2021 — and sent to serve administrative arrests. In August 2020, during a protest, Andrei tried to take a woman away from the riot police, for which he was brutally beaten by seven security officers. An ambulance was called for him at the police station - he was taken to the hospital with a head injury, hematomas and wounds, where he received stitches. A complaint was filed with the Investigative Committee regarding the beating, but the case was never opened. However, at the end of 2020, a criminal case was opened against Andrei, and in April 2021, he was detained as part of a case opened after spontaneous protests that took place on August 10, 2020 in Brest against the falsification of the presidential elections. He was convicted of participating in "mass riots".
According to human rights activists, he was released in February 2025, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

At the trial, he stated that he acted in protest against the situation in the country after the elections on August 9, 2020 - arbitrary detentions and torture. Initially, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom, but in August, after an appeal was considered, the punishment was toughened, replacing it with imprisonment in a penal colony.
Sergei was convicted of the fact that, according to the indictment, from September 10 to December 8, 2020, while at his place of residence and in the administrative building of Mostovsky RES, he, using his mobile phone as a tool to commit a crime, posted messages created by other users in the Telegram channel "Bridges for Life Chat" under the pseudonym "Sergei", containing offensive statements about Lukashenko and accompanied by his images.
He was released in June 2023, having served his entire sentence.
Sergei was found guilty of posting photos of Lukashenko with obscene comments on his VKontakte page in July 2019 and September 2020. Due to the presence of obscene language, the text was not read out in court.
Tatyana, the administrator of the channel "Drivers 97%", was convicted of "calls for mass riots and blocking roads in connection with dissatisfaction with the government and election fraud." Before the trial, she was under a written undertaking not to leave the country, and the court hearing was held behind closed doors.
