Daniil was arrested in June 2021 on charges of attacking the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Institute.

In December 2021, he was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "act of terrorism." According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he, "having succumbed to radical calls in these communities, made a Molotov cocktail according to instructions published online and threw it at the building." The court sentenced Daniil to mandatory security measures and treatment in the form of compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital with enhanced supervision.

In February 2025, a court hearing was held regarding the modification of compulsory security and treatment measures. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.

Dmitry was found guilty on September 3, 2021, of "desecration of state symbols" for tearing down two state flags in June 2021: one from a Euroopt store building and one from a kindergarten in the Zavodskoy District of Minsk. He was sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility, and he began serving his sentence in late September.

On October 30, Irina was detained at the Minsk airport when she and her husband were returning from vacation. On November 1, Pervomaisky District Judge Maxim Trusevich sentenced them both to 15 days of arrest for allegedly storing materials on Facebook that were deemed "extremist." On November 15, journalist Irina Slavnikova was sentenced to another 15 days of arrest for the second time in a row. On November 26, it became known that Irina Slavnikova had become a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.

On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 political prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries . Among those released is Irina Slavnikova .

The video included their photographs. His actions were classified as a crime under the article "insulting a government official," as his verbal comments contained "indecent, derogatory, and negative assessments of the victims."
