Nikolai was found guilty of "insulting a government official" for a comment left on the social network Odnoklassniki under a photo of Igor Volnich, a traffic police officer from the Gantsevichi District Department of Internal Affairs.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Daniil was arrested in June 2021 on charges of attacking the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Institute.
In December 2021, he was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "act of terrorism." According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he, "having succumbed to radical calls in these communities, made a Molotov cocktail according to instructions published online and threw it at the building." The court sentenced Daniil to mandatory security measures and treatment in the form of compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital with enhanced supervision.
In February 2025, a court hearing was held regarding the modification of compulsory security and treatment measures. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.
Sergei was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the articles "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer" and "insulting a government official." The case stemmed from a comment left on the social media site Odnoklassniki about a police officer.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the fall of 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Daniil was arrested on November 22, 2021, in connection with a criminal case opened for insulting Lukashenko and remanded in custody pending trial.
In January 2022, he was convicted for a comment left on Instagram about Lukashenko and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open correctional facility.

Dmitry was found guilty on September 3, 2021, of "desecration of state symbols" for tearing down two state flags in June 2021: one from a Euroopt store building and one from a kindergarten in the Zavodskoy District of Minsk. He was sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility, and he began serving his sentence in late September.
In January 2022, Dmitry was convicted again of "insulting a government official" for a comment left under a photograph of Interior Ministry spokesperson Olga Chemodanova. The final sentence was determined by combining the lesser sentence with the more severe one.
He was released in August 2024, having fully served his sentence.
Ruslan was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." In November of that year, he was convicted of participating in a post-election protest that took place in Minsk in September 2020.

Artem was arrested in September 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and was remanded in custody pending trial.

He was released in early May 2025, having served his entire sentence.
Fedor was found guilty in a criminal case brought under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" for being part of a group of people during a post-election protest that took place on August 10, 2020, in Minsk.

On October 30, Irina was detained at the Minsk airport when she and her husband were returning from vacation. On November 1, Pervomaisky District Judge Maxim Trusevich sentenced them both to 15 days of arrest for allegedly storing materials on Facebook that were deemed "extremist." On November 15, journalist Irina Slavnikova was sentenced to another 15 days of arrest for the second time in a row. On November 26, it became known that Irina Slavnikova had become a suspect under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 political prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries . Among those released is Irina Slavnikova .
Vladislav was arrested in November 2021 in connection with a criminal case involving group actions that grossly violated public order. In April 2022, he was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom and placement in an open-type facility.
In December 2024, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restricted freedom sentence with a prison term in a penal colony. The outcome of the hearing, as well as Vladislav's presence, remains unknown.

He was released in November 2023, having fully served his sentence.
Vitaly was found guilty in October 2021 of "defamation of the President of the Republic of Belarus" and sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open correctional facility.
He was released in January 2024, having fully served his sentence.
According to the indictment, Nikolai posted a video on his Instagram account in July 2021 in which he made comments about two police officers from the Berezovsky Department of the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The video included their photographs. His actions were classified as a crime under the article "insulting a government official," as his verbal comments contained "indecent, derogatory, and negative assessments of the victims."
In November 2021, the court sentenced Nikolai to arrest and granted the claims for moral damages to each police officer.
He was released at the end of March 2022, having fully served his sentence.
