A resident of Zhlobin, born in Bobruisk. He was tried for a video of planes in Zhlobin. At the trial, he said that "he was scared and thought that a war had started here too." The case was heard by judge Oleg Khoroshko.
According to human rights activists, he was released on October 22, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Evgeny was convicted of actively participating in "mass riots" in central Zhlobin on the night of August 9-10, 2020. He and others obstructed public transportation and retail operations, formed a chain of vehicles, and disobeyed police orders. He was held in pretrial detention pending trial, but the exact date of his arrest is unknown.
At the beginning of 2025 he was at large in his hometown.
As established during the judicial investigation, the minor Soldatenko arrived in the central part of Zhlobin on the evening of August 9, 2020, where the protest took place.

A woman was convicted for participating in a protest on August 9, 2020. Marina Lekhnovich is one of five detainees in Zhlobin during a police raid on December 13 last year.
Dmitry was accused of participating in protests in Zhlobin in 2020, as well as stepping onto the roadway during the protests, and was sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open facility. Dmitry fully admitted his guilt. He was held on personal recognizance pending trial.
Alexander Strokov, who is in military service, was accused of actions committed while he was a civilian and a resident of Zhlobin. According to Gomel human rights activists, the guy studied at the Zhlobin State Metallurgical College with a degree in Metallurgical Production and Material Processing, with a specialization in Electrometallurgy of Ferrous and Nonferrous Metals.
The harsh sentence in the criminal case is retaliation by the authorities for participating in a peaceful protest on August 9, 2020, against the results of the presidential election in the Republic of Belarus and serving on the strike committee at BMZ.
Recently, most of those convicted in Zhlobin under the same article received restricted freedom without being sent to open institutions. However, Alexey Avdeyev's case was handled very harshly. Two weeks before his criminal case was heard, the Zhlobin District Court deliberated an administrative case against the young man under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
Alexey is known for his active volunteer work during the COVID-19 pandemic, his role as one of the first to go on strike after the 2020 elections, his time coaching teenagers interested in motorsports and cross-country racing, and his own motorcycle construction.
On January 10, 2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
He was released in November 2025, having served his full sentence.

Maxim was detained on August 16, 2023 for three days, then he was released pending trial on bail. Before his arrest, he worked at the track machine station No. 117 "Zhlobin-Severny".
According to the prosecution materials , Kalinichenko, “acting jointly and in concert in a group with other persons until approximately 01:30 a.m. on August 10, 2020, stood on the roadway, obstructing the movement of public and other transport, clapping their hands, shouting loudly, whistling, shouting various slogans, demonstratively and disdainfully, openly refused to comply with the above-mentioned legal demands of government representatives.”

1.5 years of restriction of freedom without direction.
