Evgeny was found guilty in August 2021 of "desecration of state symbols" for demonstratively tearing up and burning the Belarusian national flag in the presence of an acquaintance. Andrei was arrested and found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting Lukashenko." According to the prosecution, on April 8, 2021, while intoxicated, he used obscene language toward Lukashenko at the Molodechno District Police Department.

Vladimir had previously worked as a police officer in the Department of Security for three months. Several years later, he returned to work as a patrol officer, but was dismissed four years later. He has been unemployed since the end of 2019.
According to the prosecution, Vladimir "from August 2020 to January 2021 collected information from various sources about the private lives of 27 law enforcement officers in the Gomel region and forwarded it to an unspecified group of individuals who administered a 'destructive' Telegram channel."
In November 2021, he was found guilty of "illegal actions in relation to private information and personal data," sentenced to arrest and ordered to pay substantial compensation for moral damages.
