According to the first charge, between August 5, 2020, and August 11, 2021, Andrei posted insults against Lukashenko in social media comments at least 20 times. In May 2022, he was sentenced to restricted freedom without referral.

According to the second charge, between August 5, 2020, and July 2021, Andrei repeatedly posted derogatory and offensive comments about Natalia Kachanova, Vladimir Makei, and other officials on the social network Odnoklassniki. He was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
The location of his sentence is unknown. Andrei has ailing elderly parents who require care.

According to the prosecution, the insult to the president was committed by Naralenkova through a message in the Telegram messenger. Naralenkova herself pleaded not guilty and during the trial suggested that her comment could indirectly be regarded as insulting the president, but she had no such intent. Because she wrote to another person - a user who wrote a comment using the phrases expressed by Lukashenka. That is, Naralenkova commented on the comment of another user.

The result of the forensic linguistic examination was announced in court. According to her, the comment in question "contains a negative assessment of the President of Belarus, expressed by the word "clown."
It is unknown whether Kirill served a sentence of restricted freedom with a referral, but if he did, he was supposed to be released in the summer of 2024.

She was formally repressed for a comment about the local police officer Artem Zhevnyak, who was offended by the opinion expressed about him by the teacher.
