Maxim was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. He was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony in December 2022.
He was released in January 2023, having fully served his sentence.

According to the prosecution, in August 2020, Alexander took an active part in an unauthorized mass event in the center of Minsk. He explained to the court that information appeared in the factory chat that a representative of the government of the Republic of Belarus would arrive at the enterprise approximately after the end of his work shift, that is, at about 16.00. However, no one ever showed up. This angered the people and they marched towards the Government House. Later, during the movement, a poster appeared near the column, on which there were slogans concerning the workers of the plant and their disagreement with the current government. Subsequently, someone from the crowd asked him to help carry the banner, which he did.

According to the materials of the prosecution , Roman, from October 29 to November 25, 2020, posted comments and insulting statements in telegram chats against police officers from different cities, who, in his opinion, were involved in the dispersal of mass protests. Among the victims are ordinary police officers, district inspectors, the commander of the OMON units, the deputy head of the police department.
Roman was convicted, although the statute of limitations had expired in the case. The judge, in addition to restricting freedom, decided to pay 1,000 rubles each to all security officials in the status of victims.
On December 26, 2022, a second trial took place , where Roman was nevertheless released from criminal liability due to the statute of limitations.

The wife of political prisoner Artem Anishchuk , was detained on November 4, 2022. Then she was sentenced to 10 days of arrest for reposting a post from Nasha Niva. After 10 days, Olga was not released. A “repentant video” appeared with her, in which she says that she was subscribed to “extremist” channels and made reposts from them. Pro-government telegram channels wrote that Anishchuk "is a candidate to spend the New Year in a temporary detention facility, as dozens of reposts have been recorded." Also, according to the security forces, Olga "fueled the situation around the penitentiary system with stuffing and fakes, bombarded government agencies with far-fetched complaints." On November 16, Olga was sentenced to 14 days of arrest for reposting from the Zerkalo telegram channel. On November 28, she was sentenced to another 10 days of arrest.
According to human rights activists, Olga has already been ill with bronchitis twice behind bars, as she is kept in inhuman conditions and sleeps on a concrete floor. In the Mogilev TDF, where she was transferred after the Akrestsin TDF, she is bullied and pressured - three times a day she is forced to undress to the naked and squat. In protest against this, on November 28, Olga Anishchuk went on a hunger strike.
On December 8, 2022, Olga left the temporary detention facility at the end of her administrative arrest.
Local historian, teacher of history of the highest qualification category, researcher of archaeological sites, toponymy, history of settlements, life and work of famous people of the Miory region, head of the museum association "Heritage of the Miory Territory". Vitold was allegedly detained for insulting comments and "leaking" data into the Black Book of Belarus. Together with him, his son Anton Yermalenok was detained.
She was detained for participating in the 2020 protests in Grodno together with Lyudmila Mazurkevich. As a result, Natalia was sentenced to probation. In January 2024, Natalia was detained during a raid by security forces on relatives of political prisoners and people of solidarity. Natalia was not released.
