He was convicted twice under administrative law for "reposts" and held in the Okrestina temporary detention center. He was never released: after 24 hours, he was transferred to Zhodino Prison No. 8 for a criminal case opened under the article "Active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order."
In April of that year, Alexei was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020 and sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
32 year old Maxim was detained in early February 2023 after returning to Belarus from abroad. He is charged with «people's» art. 342 of the Criminal Code.
In 2020, Maxim worked as a firefighter and warned residents when the Ministry of Emergency Situations went to remove flags.
Dmitry was found guilty of failing to report a well-known person who committed a particularly serious crime and the location of such a person in the case of blowing up a police car at the Central police Department building in Minsk.
The man has a higher education and works as a driver in a private company. He has six children, three of whom are minors. One of them is two years old.
Dmitry was accused of leaving offensive comments in a Telegram chat in January 2022 regarding the Minsk prosecutor, the captain of the Minsk traffic police, the captain of the Bobruisk OMON police, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Grodno, a police major, the deputy head of law enforcement and prevention of the Frunzensky District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk, and OMON police sergeants of the Mogilev Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
He is expectedto be released on March 14, 2025.

The man was accused of participating in protests in Minsk in 2020 and entering the roadway. He fully admitted his guilt and repented of his deed. Aleksey was identified from photographs from the protests. Also, telephone connection data provided by the mobile operator was used as confirmation of his participation in the protests.
Aleksey Sakhar has a specialized secondary education and works as a welder in a limited liability company.
