Svetlana was first convicted under an administrative article for “distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities,” after which a criminal case was opened against her for insulting A.G. Lukashenko.
According to the materials of the prosecution in the criminal case, Svetlana on her page in Odnoklassniki allegedly “placed a publication and video with a screensaver containing deliberately false information about Alexander Lukashenko, associated with accusing him of committing especially serious crimes, such as “murder”, “treason” state”, which do not correspond to reality and discredit its authority in the eyes of the public."
According to human rights activists, she will be released in early spring 2024 after fully serving her sentence.

A catechism teacher at the Minsk Archcathedral, Bilodid participated in communal prayers for an end to violence and lawlessness in 2020. He was arrested on May 31, 2023, and subjected to inhumane and degrading treatment. His family noted signs of beatings at his trial.

Vladislav was arrested several times for a total of 45 days under the article on dissemination of “extremist materials” (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), after which a criminal case was opened under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

According to the prosecution, electrician Vladimir Dudko in September 2020, "being on the roadway of Maksim Bogdanovich and Vera Khoruzhey streets, violated public order, disobeyed the demands of police officers, interfered with the operation of public transport, which caused "Minsktrans" material damage in the amount of 33,771 rubles 63 kopecks".
