Pro-government channels claim that Vitaly previously wrote 15,000 comments, but deleted them long ago. According to the prosecution, Nikolai Samokhval made an obscene comment towards Lukashenko in the presence of his wife and bailiffs, who came to their apartment to ask questions about their neighbors. The statement was allegedly obscene and humiliated the honor and dignity of Lukashenko, and also assessed him negatively.

It was recorded on the bailiff's video recorder and formed the basis of the charges.
It is worth noting that the expert was unable to determine whether Lukashenko was the object of the negative assessment, since this cannot be done using linguistic methods.

According to the indictment, on the evening of July 31, 2023, while standing near the building of one of the dormitories of the Minsk Civil Aviation Plant, Kondratyev grabbed the national flag attached to the facade of the building by the cloth with his hands, after which he tore it from its fastening, breaking the flagpole, which is part of the flag. Then, having twisted the flag, he took it with him. By doing this, he harmed the authority of the Republic of Belarus.
And the material damage to the plant amounted to 130 rubles 82 kopecks.
The man was "identified" from a CCTV recording and was detained on August 14, placed in a pretrial detention facility pending trial. The court claimed that Alexander was intoxicated.
According to human rights activists , he was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
