According to the prosecution, Danila Yarotsky, “took an active part in group actions that grossly violated public order in Zhlobin, together with others he went out onto the roadway, obstructing the movement of public and other transport.”

According to the prosecution , Kuryanov and Bushchik took an active part in an unauthorized mass event in Minsk: they shouted slogans, disturbed passers-by, and went out onto the roadways.
These actions resulted in a “long-term disruption of public peace, limited the right of respectable citizens to quiet work, rest and free movement, and also blocked traffic and interfered with the normal operation of public transport, causing damage to Minsktrans” - Kuryanovich in the amount of 7580 rubles 22 kopecks, which corresponds to not less than 280.75 of the basic value, and Bushchik - in the amount of 22,500 rubles 66 kopecks, which corresponds to at least 833.36 of the basic value, and thereby they grossly violated public order."
Roman was in custody before the trial.

The Potapovichs were detained on December 5. After 10 days in Akrestsin they were transferred to pre-trial detention center No. 1.
The Potapovichs were detained in 2020 during the “march against terror.” Then the court fined them under administrative articles for disobedience to an official (Article 23.4 of the Administrative Code ) and participation in an unauthorized mass event (Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code ).
