According to the prosecution , while in Germany, the man posted several comments in a Telegram chat on August 28, September 7, and September 27, 2021, “containing obscene language” addressed to the heads of the police departments.
Later, Dmitry Polyakov returned to his homeland and was detained. He admitted his guilt. On January 29, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to one and a half years in a general regime penal colony. He was also fined 100 basic units (4,000 rubles) and ordered to pay three "victims" a total of 5,500 rubles.
The appeal hearing will take place on 16.04.2024.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2025.

Igor Zhivolun, a Ukrainian citizen, hails from the Sumy region of Ukraine. After the full-scale Russian invasion of his homeland and the occupation of his hometown of Nedryhayliv, he actively began spreading information on his Facebook page, helping to locate Ukrainian civilians and soldiers missing in the war, as well as various anti-war information and information about the participation of Belarusians in defending Ukraine from Russian aggressors.
He was released in early September 2025, after which he was deported to Ukraine.
According to information published in the pro-government video, Alexander Malikov, in December 2021, left an offensive comment on one of the social networks addressed to the commander of a military unit based in the Lida region. The defendant’s last posts on social networks date back to October 2023. Presumably, that's when he was detained.
He did not admit his guilt in court, explaining that he did not intend to insult the serviceman.
On March 19, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

Artem was detained at the end of December 2023. According to preliminary data, the man was initially detained on an administrative charge. Then his home was searched, equipment was seized, and Artem Antonov himself was charged with "insulting Alexander Lukashenko" (Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). The details of the case are unknown.
Artem is the son of Sergei Antonov, a Belarusian journalist. Sergei is a staff correspondent for the Belarusian newspaper "Chastny Detective". He is the author of several works within the "Universe Metro 2033". In early December, Sergei was summoned by the head of the KGB in Bykhov, who presented two documents from the Mogilev KGB, which stated that the writer was allegedly involved in a crime - working for the mogilev.media portal. After that, Sergei was forced to emigrate.
On 20.06.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
According to human rights activists, he was released on March 13, 2025.
According to the prosecution , on November 5, 2022, the telegram channel “Belarus beyond the Moscow Ring Road” published a video of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with its signature. In that video, teachers and cadets of the Academy read Ekaterina Dovlatova’s poems “It’s not easy for men.” And 20 minutes after the publication of such a post, Fedoruk left a comment under it, with which (according to the prosecution) he publicly insulted women. Two teachers from the video filed a claim against Fedoruk “for compensation for moral damage” for 2,000 rubles each.
The prosecutor proposed to punish Alexander Fedoruk with 2 years of “chemistry” (restricted freedom with a transfer to an open correctional facility. On January 15, 2024, the judge announced the verdict. What it turned out to be is still unknown.
