The man was held in custody pending trial.
According to human rights activists, he was released on December 28, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

The phone's memory contained 15 videos and four photos from the protest in August 2020. Also, photographs from the protest were found in the Viber correspondence on Petrovsky’s phone.
Before the trial, Petrovsky was in custody.

Judging by the screenshots provided in the video, we are talking about jokes about the Russian military. The images shown show, for example, a man in a military uniform with the letter Z on his chest and a pig's head.
