Vladimir Tyukhay is 37 years old. He graduated from a private university - the Institute of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship. Tyukhay received his first fame in 2008. Then he was the secretary of the Minsk Communist Party and an employee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. In order to prevent the relatives and associates of political prisoner Alexander Barozenko from attending the trial, he completely filled the hall with students from Minsk universities. In response to the indignation of the political prisoner’s mother, he pushed her so that she fell into her husband’s arms. In 2020, the man helped the police patrol the streets. He complained to the ONT TV channel that “he couldn’t go out with his family on Sunday.” Therefore, they say, he and nine other friends joined squads to “monitor whether an unauthorized event is taking place somewhere.”
Alexander was convicted in the summer of 2024 under the articles "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and "inciting racial, national, religious or other social hostility or discord" and sentenced to imprisonment.
On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

According to the case materials , in April 2024, Dasha and Valeria wrapped paper around a mop handle, set it on fire and brought it to the state flag, which was hanging on the organization’s building on Socialist Street in Grodno.
In court, both girls admitted their guilt.
On 08.08.2024, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
Detained in March 2024, on 16.05.2024 the measure of restraint was changed to house arrest. Again taken into custody in the courtroom. Convicted for a comment in the chat of the messenger "Telegram".
