According to the prosecution , Zinaida Kazak, from December 2020 to mid-2021, made offensive comments in telegram channels and chats against prosecutors, judges, and police officers, among whom were Minister of Internal Affairs Karaev, assistant prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district of Minsk, and the chairman of the court. Lida district, judge of the Molodechno district court, deputy head of the KGB department for the Grodno region and many others.
Several victims filed financial claims for moral damage, totaling 4,000 rubles.
Kazak admitted her guilt only partially and rejected material claims.
