The pro-government telegram channel reports that the reason for the detention of Vladimir Rydukha was "insulting the memory of the feat of the people in the Great Patriotic War." It is also indicated that a criminal case has been initiated against the detainee. Where the man is now and what kind of article he is charged with is still unknown.
