Vladimir was convicted in December 2020 of "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer." He was accused of "calling for violent actions against police and riot police officers using a sound-amplifying device" on August 21, 2020, at Independence Square near the Lenin monument in Minsk. During his arrest, Vladimir suffered a heart attack, after which he was placed on a third-degree disability.
In the summer of 2023, Vladimir's sentence, imposed by the court, ended.
